If you are accessing SOLAR for the first time:
Enter your JWCC username (e.g. sda88099a) and your PIN, which can be found in your welcome letter.
You will be prompted to change your PIN and set a security question.

If your PIN has been reset:
Login with your JWCC username (e.g. sda88099a) and the PIN you were given by JWCC staff.
You will be prompted to change your PIN.

If you forgot your PIN:
Type in your JWCC username (e.g. sda88099a) and press the Forgot PIN? button.
You will be required to answer your security question to reset your PIN.

Otherwise, login to SOLAR with your JWCC username and PIN.
